Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Kuwait for 1.000 KWD, on orders of 5 KWD and up, within 24 working hours. All 189 areas are served.

We ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman for 5 KWD, on orders of 8 KWD and up. It takes three to five working days.

The delivery charge shown at checkout is the charge that is taken. If the figure on this page and the figure at checkout ever disagree, checkout is the one that counts, and we would like to hear about it.

Returns

If a box arrives sealed and you change your mind, you have fourteen days from delivery to send it back. It has to be unopened and undamaged, and the return shipping is yours.

If a box arrives damaged, we refund it. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

Opened pots cannot be returned. It is food, and once a pot is open we cannot sell it to anyone else.

To start a return, WhatsApp +965 66111618 with your tracking code. Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, within a few working days of the box reaching us.

Privacy

To deliver an order we need a name, a phone number and an address. That is all we ask for and all we keep.

Your order is fulfilled on Hesba, the platform our shop runs on, and paid through its payment gateway. A card number never reaches this website and we never store one.

The map on the checkout page is a convenience for filling in an address. When you use it, the coordinates you drop are sent to Nominatim, a service of OpenStreetMap outside Kuwait, which turns them into a place name. If you would rather they were not, ignore the map and type your address in: nothing is sent, and the order works exactly the same.

If you fill in the checkout and leave without ordering, the name and phone number you typed are sent to the store with the basket, so we can ask whether you would like to finish. Nothing is sent before you have typed one of them, it is removed once you order, and the store deletes what is left after thirty days.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see at which step people leave, which tells us what to fix. It is sent which pages were opened, which products were looked at and the value of an order, and it sets a cookie to tell one visit from the next. It is never sent your name, your phone number or your address.

We use the Meta pixel, which is Facebook and Instagram, to measure whether our advertising works and to show it to people the product suits. It is sent which pages were opened, what was put in a basket and the value of an order, and it sets a cookie to tell one visit from the next. We do not sell anything about you to anybody.

Prices, availability and delivery charges are read live from our store and can change. The figures you see at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

Product photographs are illustrative. The nutritional values and the ingredient lists on this site are transcribed from the pack; where the two ever differ, the pack in your hand is the one to trust.
